Wayne - ADOPTION PENDING

Wayne is an adorable 3-year-old pup with a big personality and even bigger ears. His foster family says he's got quite the charming personality.  He’s known for his goofy bark and the cutest little snorts—especially when he’s carrying around one of his beloved toys.

Wayne is full of energy and already knows several commands. He’s working on a few manners (like keeping four paws on the ground when saying hello), but he's a quick learner and eager to please. He’s both crate trained and house trained, making him a great companion for someone ready to help him keep learning and thriving.

Toys are Wayne’s true passion—he carries his stuffies everywhere and doesn’t even try to destroy them. They’re like his little comfort objects. He also loves to be close to his humans and often prefers to lounge right on top of them. Whether it’s for cuddles or protection, he hasn’t quite decided.

Wayne gets along well with other dogs, though he’s still learning polite behavior when treats or attention are involved. His foster mom has already signed him up for training classes to help with this, and she believes he’s going to be a star student. As for cats, Wayne is very curious but hasn’t spent much time with them unsupervised—this is another area where training will come in handy.

Wayne is fully vetted and was recently neutered. While his foster mom absolutely adores him, she knows he’s ready to find a forever family where he can feel safe, loved, and at home.
