Meet Piper: The Energetic Fun Girl!

Hi there! I’m Piper, a spirited girl with a big heart and an even bigger energy!

The Fun Stuff:

I’m a social butterfly who loves other dogs and adores my time at doggy daycare. Whether it’s running, wrestling, or just being plain silly, I’m always the life of the paw-ty! My ideal home would have another playful pup for me to bond with—I’ve got energy to spare and a knack for making friends.

I’m kennel trained and keep my space tidy, but I have been feeling a bit anxious in my kennel lately. Sometimes I cry and I have been known to Houdini my way out of my kennel. I'm pretty nosey and I like to get into things I shouldn't sometimes, so my foster parents dont leve me out of my kennel for extended periods of time while they're not around. 

My Quirks (aka, My Personality!):

• I’m not a fan of small people, so I’d thrive in a home with children 10+ or with kiddos who understand how to give me my space. Respect is key, and I like knowing I have a safe place to retreat.
• While I’m big on fun and full of affection in my own way, I’m not really the cuddly type. I enjoy being near my humans, keeping an eye on things, and showing my love through playful antics and companionship. That doesn’t mean I don’t care—I just express my affection differently! Instead of snuggling on the couch, I’d rather hang out by your side, ready for our next adventure or to just chill in the same room. I’m the perfect pup for someone who appreciates a little independence but still wants a loyal, loving companion.
• The robot vacuum is my mortal enemy. My foster mom doesn’t quite get it, but I’m just trying to save the house from that noisy monster! I also have strong feelings about the Amazon delivery person—and sometimes the wind, so I like to let them know whose the boss from my side of the door—but hey, it’s all part of my charm!
• My foster mom says I’m clever and full of potential, but she also says I’m a little stubborn since the only 'trick' I’ve mastered is sit and I refuse to try anything else. I mean, I live life on my own terms—does she think I work for her or something??

My Dream Home:

• A home with another playful dog is a huge plus! I’d love a buddy to help burn off my energy and keep me company.
• Because I’m an expert jumper, I need a yard with at least a 5' wrought iron fence or a 6' privacy fence to keep me safe.
