Meet Penelope! She is a playful and curious puppy. At approximately 4 months old, she weighs just at 4lbs! What she lacks in size, she makes up for in spirit! She’s super dog friendly and loves to snuggle up with humans. She can be vocal about wanting attention! She will need a patient adopter to help her with potty training once she’s fully protected against parvo. She currently enjoys hanging out in a play yard with a litter box, which she’s pretty good about using. If you’re looking for a tiny best friend, she’s your girl!
