Meet Nick: Your New Best Friend!

Nick is a lovable, happy-go-lucky bundle of energy who was returned to care due to unfortunate family circumstances. Adopted as a pup, Nick was a very loved little boy, and his family will miss him dearly. They’ve made the difficult decision to find him a new home where he can continue to receive the love and care he’s accustomed to.

Nick is the definition of friendly! This sweet, meatball of a dog loves to play tug-of-war, but his favorite pastime is snuggling. And when we say snuggle, we mean full-on, soft, squishy, burrowing cuddles with adorable soft snores to match.

Currently in foster care with both big and small dogs, Nick has shown he can adapt well to other canine companions. While he initially struggled with boundaries set by the smallest dog in the home, he quickly learned to respect her space. Now, they even exchange little nose kisses when passing by. Nick previously lived with a more dominant female dog, which suited him well, and he responds positively to corrections from other dogs.

Nick’s only challenge is his reactivity on the leash. He gets so excited to greet other dogs and wants to let you know when strangers are nearby. While this behavior involves barking and crying, there’s no growling or aggression—just his big personality shining through.
