Meet Sydney & Jingle – A Bonded Pair Looking for a Patient, Loving Home

Sydney and Jingle share a special bond that has helped each of them navigate life’s challenges, and they are hoping to find a foster or forever home where they can stay together.   They were previously adopted into a loving home, only to be recently returned due to her family’s financial hardship.

Sydney’s journey began in 2020 when she was rescued from a hoarding situation along with several other dogs. Having spent much of her early life outdoors with little positive human interaction, Sydney is still learning what it means to feel safe and secure. Her kennel is her comfort zone, and while she can be protective of it, she shows quiet bravery once given time and space. Sydney truly blossoms when she has a calm canine companion by her side—and that companion is Jingle.

Jingle was rescued from the Wichita Animal Shelter in 2021.  Through it all, Jingle has remained a gentle, affectionate, and people-loving dog. She is eager to please, enjoys playtime, and has a wonderful way of helping shy dogs build confidence—something she naturally does for Sydney. While Jingle can be a bit dominant, she does best with dogs who aren’t overly pushy, making her an ideal match for Sydney’s quieter personality.

Together, Sydney and Jingle balance each other beautifully. Jingle offers reassurance and confidence, while Sydney brings a calm, gentle presence. They would thrive in a peaceful, patient home where their adopter understands that trust—especially for Sydney—takes time, consistency, and compassion.
