Ellie

Ellie is a beautiful young girl with a sweet personality and lots of love to give.

After being picked up as a stray, Ellie is now safe in foster care and looking for a patient, understanding forever home. She is very friendly and affectionate, loves being near her people, and you can tell she truly doesn’t want to be alone.

Ellie has a gorgeous coat, playful energy, and a loving heart. Because of her vision limitations — especially during the daytime — she can be a little skittish at times. Her cautious behavior is related to not being able to see very well, particularly around obstacles or sudden movement, rather than fear of people. Even when unsure of her surroundings, she remains incredibly sweet and gentle.

Due to her limited vision and high energy, Ellie would likely do best in a home without a lot of clutter or obstacles and with older children who can understand her needs.

With a little patience and a safe environment, Ellie is going to make an incredibly loyal and loving companion for one lucky family.
