Dirk is a high-energy, lovable goober who knows how to match the vibe of his household! This playful pup is well-trained and responds excellently to both verbal commands and hand signals, mastering commands like sit, wait, down, speak, stay, and leave it. When on walks, he’s a total gentleman, but be sure to have treats handy for those curious sniffing adventures! 

Though Dirk was once kennel trained, he’s now used to having his own bedroom, so a closed door is all he needs to feel secure. However, supervision is key when he’s around other dogs, as he has some boundary issues and responds best to human guidance. All gates should be reinforced, as Dirk’s impressive superpower is opening gate latches with his nose!

While Dirk enjoys the company of female dogs and is very cat-friendly, he would do best in a home without children. He thrives on leadership and clear boundaries, ensuring he develops into the well-mannered pup he’s meant to be.
