Meet Buddy!

You might remember Buddy from a few Beast Crew posts—he was found running around Willowbend Golf Course after being hit by a car, which left him with a dislocated back leg.

The good news: Buddy had surgery, is healing beautifully, and has been steadily gaining weight!

Now Buddy is looking for a soft place to land while he waits for his forever home.

One of the volunteers has brought Buddy home several times to get him out of boarding, and he’s been an absolute gentleman every time. He gets along well with their pack, doesn’t mind the cats at Haysville, and is friendly with people—especially when he can approach them on his own terms. We haven’t had the chance to test him with kids just yet.

Buddy is such a good boy and truly deserves a calm, loving place to stay while he continues his recovery.
