Sandman

Sandman — Play Hard. Nap Harder.

Sandman apparently has some lost kittenhood to make up for…and he is taking that responsibility VERY seriously.  He and his siblings were discovered in the back of a work truck at a construction site. A worker heard tiny meows coming from beneath the debris, tools and construction supplies and began digging until he discovered three tiny kittens.

When we arrived, they were cold and limp. We gathered them up, immediately cranked the heat in the car as high as we could and began rubbing their little bodies to restore warmth and blood flow. Once they finally started showing signs of life, we raced them back to the rescue and continued lifesaving care.

Thankfully, Sandman doesn't seem interested in dwelling on his rough beginning. Sandman is an aggressive little player who needs plenty of enrichment, attention and opportunities to burn off that kitten energy. 

But here’s his secret…When Sandman finally runs out of gas, this wild little man turns into a lap kitten. He’ll crash out on you for a long nap as though he wasn’t just causing tiny-kitten mayhem five minutes earlier.
