Some stories begin in heartbreaking places, but Lexington is proof they don’t have to end there.

Lexington was rescued from the Augusta hoarding case, where she lived among dozens of other cats in filth with no food or water. Despite everything she’s been through, she’s held onto her sweet, playful spirit and is ready to discover what it’s like to have a family all her own.

Lexington is an affectionate little girl who loves to play. She’s a little cautious around new people, but a Churu treat will win her over quickly. Before you know it, you’ll have a devoted companion who has decided you’re her favorite person in the world.

Having lived with many other cats, Lexington is very comfortable in a feline household and gets along wonderfully with her kitty friends. Her experience with dogs and children is unknown, but with slow introductions and a family that understands how to respect a cat’s boundaries, we think she’ll adjust beautifully.
