Charlie thrives on mental challenges, so if you’re looking for a dog who enjoys training and learning, he’s your guy! While he prefers a quieter home with fewer visitors (he’s a loyal protector!), he’s also potty trained and kennel trained, and he’d do just fine free-roaming in a loving environment.

Having previously lived with another dog, Charlie has a big heart, but he can be a bit pushy with some canine pals. He’s working hard on his impulse control through specialized training at the Family Dog Training and Behavioral Center, so he’s ready for a strong leader who can guide him with love and patience.

Charlie may take some time to warm up to new people, but once you earn his trust, he’ll be your best friend for life!
