BIG MAC came in to care November 5th and his foster is still getting to know him:

I keep learning new things about this boy every day. Here’s a few things I know so far:

1. I don’t think he’s ever seen a TV in his life I turned it on while I had him out of his kennel one day and he immediately started panicking to find an exit plan.

2. He loves his kennel! It’s his safe space and he hasn’t had an accident once. Actually more times than not once I open his kennel door he just sits there like “do I have to come out?”

3. Randi thinks he was an outside dog and I think I agree. He’s loves playing in the backyard! But once I bring him inside the house, his body language changes and I can tell he gets more anxious.

4. I don’t know if he has a voice I’ve never heard a peep out of him once.

5. Stage 5 clinger. He looooves to cuddle and be pet and he always wants to be close to his person. He definitely relies on me for confidence right now.

6. He’s very dog social. He met both my girls today and passed with flying colors. I don’t think he fully understands play cues yet but he seems like he’s trying.

7. He is TIMID, but he is opening up each day more and more so I’m excited to see him blossom!
