Axel was a stray that a Beauties volunteer helped capture. He had sustained a right eye injury and had to have the eye removed, but he absolutely does not care about being one eyed. He is still the most handsome boy! He knows sit, stay, wait, off and is potty and kennel trained. He does not door or gate dart with the "stay" command. He has shown no signs of separation anxiety and sleeps in his kennel at night without a peep. He doesn't dig in the yard and does very well on leash with no pull. He would make a great guard dog. He has gears. He plays with all types of dogs and goes to daycare. Axel does tend to guard his people so a home with few visitors or new people would be best.
